FAQs

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

At the moment we are unable to produce cakes and traybakes for specific dietary requirements. We are in the process of developing some gluten free and dairy free cakes but we want to make sure that they are fully tested before offering them to customers.

Allergen Advice

All of our cakes and treats come with an ingredients slip and allergen advice. Please note that we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from certain allergens as we produce our cakes in a kitchen which handles lots of different ingredients. We have extremely high standards of hygiene and the kitchen and our appliances are regularly deep-cleaned. The kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before every bake.

Do your prices include delivery?

The prices shown on our website include tracked first class delivery. More information on our delivery costs can be found on the Orders and Delivery page.

Can you post out your cakesicles?

At the moment the only treats we can send through the post are our traybakes. We are working on some packaging which will allow us to send more of our treats through the post. All our bakes are available for collection however so if you live nearby then we can either arrange local delivery or collection. These may be subject to a small delivery surcharge depending on your location.

Can I sample any of your cakes before I place an order?

We only offer tasting sessions for our wedding cakes and large bespoke celebration cake orders. We charge a small fee for this but it is deducted from the final price of your cake.

How long do cakes last from their delivery date?

Cakes are best eaten the day they are collected but they will last for 2 – 3 days as long as they are kept in their box, away from direct sunlight and in a cool environment.

Brownies and traybakes will keep for up to 10 days in their box and can be frozen for up to three months.

Please note that these FAQs only relate to our cake and traybake orders. Once our classes go live we will be updating these.
